Our Policies

Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, The Inflatables reserves the right to cancel any reservation, The Inflatables deems dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way.

 

Cancellation Policy:
It is the renter's responsibility to call no later than two hours before scheduled delivery time to cancel the rental. A credit will be issued for the amount paid and will be good for up to one year.

 

Cleaning and repair policy:
A cleaning charge up to $250 will be charged to the renter if equipment is intentionally damaged.

 

Delivery Policy:
Delivery is free to our customers within a 40. mile radius of our location. We are happy to deliver outside of the 40 mile radius however, the renter will be responsible for additional delivery charges.

 

Weather Policy:
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20mph, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 50° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.
